Thanks to the participating mobile carriers (listed below) all messages end users receive from 20121 are free. Even if the end user doesn’t have a text messaging plan, they can still text with 20121 for free. If an end user has limited texting per month, communication with 20121 won’t take away from their total amount of messages. The majority but not all mobile carriers have given their approval. Free messages are available to over 98% of cell phones in the U.S. For anyone else, it’s “standard rate” which is whatever the end user pays for messages per their wireless plan. If your plan has unlimited messaging, then it’s free to you as well.
